am i taking crazy pills or is the school system one of the worst things to happen to children? So many ppl I talk to were hurt so much.

I've never seen public schools as capitalistic? Cause the government funds them? They're like the least capitalistic thing

Yes AND - the industrial economics behind public education is a major driving force that inhibits change. But privatization is worse.
