its too ingrained in people that they cant realize that their gender isnt a real part of them

Maybe it depends on how much you identify with masc. or fem. like a tomboyish girl might say no and a man who dresses in drag might say yes

Nope. I don't think gender is really an individual trait, but society's idea of how each sex should behave. My gender is 100% political lol
