"Managing money" too broad a category. Rich are better at running hedge funds, poor are better at budgeting the weekly shop

Rich people have more disposable income to manage, so I vote poor people, especially those who manage to stay just above the poverty line

In general that is how "the rich" get that way. Look at the number of lottery winners that end up poor again.
