The only reason to give EVERYONE herpes would be so they all experience the symptoms, to destigmatize it. Otherwise, what's the point?

Not having symptoms yourself doesn't mean you can't infect someone else, who might suffer symptoms.
I think we are interpreting the question very differently. I took it to mean that everyone at the time is infected/carrying the virus...

If it asked if I would vaccinate everyone from herpes with 100% efficacy, that's a different question, and I'd have said yes.
Not having symptoms != being immune. Carrying an infectious disease that doesn't affect YOU is not the same thing as not having it.
I think ambiguity in the question leads more to confusion than insight, as people try to figure out the "rules" of the poll.
