Yes. Learn to not be inconvenienced by working out. How one does that is beyond me, though.

I suppose (aside from the obvious unhealthy answer) a change of attitude i.e. find an intense physically demanding activity you enjoy a lot

Once that's done, you won't mind feeling tired, sweaty, or uncomfortable.
