Just because an accusation is proven false does not necessarily mean it was made maliciously to harm the accused, so no.

Rape has a pretty light sentence. The primary punishment is social, which happens whether or not they're guilty. I'd say worse is in order.

I think it's too simplified. I do want a harsh punishment that possibly scales based on what happened to the accused
"think their accusation is true" its either true or false. there is no middle ground.
