Really depends on the nature of the physical disability. If it's locked-in syndrome, then screw it, i'll take the mental disability.

Well, I was always pretty clumsy...I'd rather lose my balance than lose my mind (and individuality).

I already have developed moderate-ish mental and physical disabilities and the physical has been easier for me to cope with.
