While I say "yes", I believe that's what tags are for, but sadly those are typically down at the bottom of the page.

that would depend on context and content, usually one can read into the title to filter out the easily triggered.

Since these days, virtually anything someone may feel "triggered" about, I would put a blanket trigger warning on everything.
