I personally find a pretty huge difference between experiencing a sexual reaction and acting on it.

like on its own? No. I think our society too often forgets we're animals. Then again people also shame pets for such things too.

Shaming is almost never justifiable. An exception for example, would be a child pornographer. Wait that's shooting, my mistake 🔫
