After watching the debate w/o anesthesia, I'd have to vote for forgetting the experience.

whenever i get sleep paralysis i get a nightmare where im being operated on without anesthetic and i can see and feel it

Just went through major surgery with anesthesia for 6 hours. VERY glad I don't remember it.
