If a building makes all who enter completely aware of the safety risks of entering, do you think it's ok for safety codes to not apply?

There is a possible coercion problem there. Job inside, need job to survive. "Technically they're aware and consent to it".

Building codes effect the area, not just those in the building. If a building collapses or blows up neighbors are effected.

I answered yes under the assumption that entering the building is completely optional. ie it's not a job/school/store, etc
