Eating meat is delicious and convenient; but if it were convenient NOT to eat meat, would you actively become vegetarian?

I'm not sure exactly what "convenient" means; many fruits & veggies are ready to eat; cooking plants isn't terribly difficult.

'Meat' is a convenient, compact, source of tasty mass. Usually nutritous. But sure. If non compacted vegetarian was tasty.

would eating meat still be convenient, or would eating meat become inconvenient?

Meat provides a very different mix of things we need than "non-meat". Also REALLY tasty. It's not about convenience.
