can I just suggest that income doesn't necessarily equate to social class, in many countries 'class' isn't based on income.

For average person earnin under $30k per year, $150k per year seems like a lot. But 2 earnin good incomes of $60-70k reach that.

Class is not just defined by income. Class is affected by amount of leisure time and what you do with it.
