in a sense this would be a form of "thought crime" as this wouldn't be much different than fantasizing/ dreaming it.

if its a simulation then no one in that world exists unless you mean other people are connected to that world like log horizon

Wait. Am I a being separate from the simulation? Then there would be IP issues, I think. Depiction rights or somesuch.
