in never had the feeling to vomit after a large amount of pain. did vomit from instant stress tho

only ever thrown up once from pain. It involved a soccer ball, and me preventing a goal with my crotch..

fight or flight? maybe it's an evolutionary construct to make it easier to run by dumping stomach contents, like when in a fight

Digestion requires energy. Purging the stomach removes the need for digestion so more energy can be spent on healing / fighting

IDK. I just scream. Well, bellow sounds better. Sometimes I can muffle it to a sort of loud growl. Never felt like vomiting.
