According to contract law, yes she is, but since prostitution is illegal, it is an illegal and unenforceable contract, so no.

No way. It's just another form of a business transaction, and she has the right to refuse service at any time.

Consent can always be retracted. I'm not sure what the letter of the law is, but I'd say no, she is not.
