I read somewhere it's the position missionaries taught to natives when they went to spread the word of the Lord.

cause righteous Godly people ONLY use that position. Cause all the others are sinful you know.

cause that's the position the missionaries took when raping the villagers they were trying to convert to Christianity?

because to missionary's all other positions were perversions. and this position was ok so long as you didn't have fun :)
