Def opt for general anesthesia, not local. You don't want to be awake to any degree if four teeth are coming out.

Had mine out before. Jello, broth, pudding, mashed potatoes. Don't try to chew for a week at least. You'll do fine <3

General anesthesia if you can afford it and understand there is some risk. And be prepared for your mouth feeling weird!
