No, while it's often the case that men are better on average at somethings and women at others. There are always plenty of exceptions and more importantly IMO humans are better and better off when not working in single sex groups - in most (intellectual pursuits at least) cases.

Sausage fest all the way. I can say that because I’m anonymous. I would also say that in real life, but in such a way that creates ambiguity as to whether I’m serious or not.

You’ll be missing out on a lot of great eng/marketing/people team etc candidates if you can only have a single gender company, that just seems really hard regardless of the other effects
