Why are so many women mad when strangers hit on them? Assuming it’s not creepy like “hey nice t*ts” it’s flattering, no? How are people supposed to meet?

from talking to and observing my friends i gather that it probably comes down to whether and what kind of trauma you experienced as a kid

I imagine part if the issue is the harassment from rejection. And part of it is simply fatigue? How often are women being hit on in a day, in a week? When you're not in a social mood?
