You like negging but also when a guy straight up says they are absolutely into you without beating around the bush. Are these two contradictory or can someone do both of these things for you?

yeah, i think the reason i like negging is cause it indicates being unafraid of losing my potential interest - and being very straightforward about being into me also indicates that.

I think people are often attracted to others that have their own independent lives going on that you aren't the center of. I think negging is kind of a shortcut to try to demonstrate that.
