Seems to me that this audience likes sex and likes sex work. Sex work is too broad a category to make a useful pronouncement about. I would guess that the impact of using sex to sell broken products on Instagram is negative.

Wtf is a correlation? I think >3 sex partners is a 3:1 lh ratio in favor of it being positive.
