The 4 most energetic people I've met were very fast walkers. All were fast talkers, impatient, high productivity. At least 3 of the 4 were good at performing well with some sleep deprivation, IDK the last 1 well enough to ask.

as a datapoint i am a fastish talker and a very fast walker, very impatient, but super low energy and low productivity overall.

Interesting. I think there are definitely many psychometric ways to get to output of "impatient", but high energy is 1 of them.
If you output more than 10000 words per week you are in the 80th percentile of Grammarly users. And I bet you output more. Add all the survey creation on top of that. I don't think you are low on productivity. I would guess you think all the time.
