People don’t understand AGP. They think it’s getting horny from wearing women’s clothing or something, and I would argue most AGP trans women never even experience that.

It’s arousal at being a woman, but how than manifests varies a lot. The proposed mechanism (ETLE) implies it can have as much variance as as an individual’s sexuality. It’s not just stockings and pumps.

I would argue that how AGP manifests is heavily influenced by cultural context. If you grew up reading pin up mags as a teen, your AGP may manifest as dressing up like those pin up girls, which is different from someone who grew up watching anime.
