Yes but I live in Australia and it gets to 48 degrees. About 30 people were vibing in the butchers shop.

I thought I was the only person that did this. Back in the1960's, when it was colder, I lived in Brooklyn. We didn't get heat often in our apartment. I walked all the way to the big Library at Grand Army Plaza to stay warm. Maybe that's why I read so much.
