bro yeah, i get that probably the word is doing something important for people but it also feels like it's doing a lot of damage
in a manner of speaking you need the concept of trauma in order to be traumatized

Yup. There is absolutely a circular relationship. I’m fairly convinced that conceptualizing bad experiences as anything like physical injuries is not just literally wrong but harmful.
