I explain the error, they say "follow the instructions". i say no, the instructions don't work, here's screenshots of the error, they keep just saying FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. im gonna lose it

just tried to download an old @TeamTurboTax return that i need to fix, but the website kept giving me an error. I contacted support and the lady was like "welp that sucks, you're shit out of luck, no way to get it" this was the sign from god i needed to never use turbotax again

yes, i was using them before cause i couldn't find another competitively priced service for me (self employed), but fuckit i'm gonna pay so much extra money from now on to avoid using them
