ok i started eating like 50% fewer calories and all of them keto this week and i feel like i gained 5 IQ points, 20% base happiness, and effortless 8-hour sleep every night.
this is gonna make me emaciated but at least ill prob end up writing a book or somethin

two years later, i hobble into a bookstore and see my book finally on the shelf. tears well in my eyes as i slowly reach my hand with skin like shrink wrap into my purse and pull out a stale, ancient slice of bread i've been saving for this moment.

total accident, forgot to eat one night and then i woke up hungry and was like eh i guess let's maybe do a mini fast and then when i finally ate it was a piece of meat and then i just kept going

Don't go down on calories so much! 20% below your maintenance calories should be enough cutting for large periods of time.

I’ve heard fasting and keto can have that effect 👌🏼 I feel like I have more mental clarity when I study before eating.

Youre already thin. You’re experiencing an anorexia high and playing with fire… just remember the damage you can do to your hormone regulation. You’re not 20 anymore so recovery from periods like this is not what it once was.
