I voted "no". Def'n of "racism" below. I believe it's plausible that different races have different *distributions* of certain human traits and capacities, but the distributions all have considerable overlap. Also, I reject the notion "inherent superiority of a race". [1/2]

all no's are lying. maybe not intentionally but every human is racist to some amount. in groups and out groups. and race is just the easiest visual human detail to notice at a glance.
