if you can't go more than a day or two without showering before your body stinks (in a way that isn't easily solved by a quick wash of armpits/genitals) then that seems a little weird? is your skin ok?

during periods i'm really physically active, i just spot-wash the stinky parts more. but like, my general body does not begin stinking and i'm slowly starting to realize that maybe this is more common with other people?

i lived with someone for a year who was performing a similar experiment - showering a little less than once a week. desk job, little to no exercise, etc he stank. constantly. he didn't notice it, but i certainly did. are you sure you aren't noseblind to yourself?

i ask ppl around me? just had someone i'm dating come over today and i asked am i stinky and he was like no, and i was like do i tend to be stinky and he was like no sometimes i do stink but i *notice it* when it happens

I honestly think that's completely possible but why waiting for them to stink in order to shower them? Or "spot-wash" them

The vikings would wash once a qeek because they prioritized being clean, back then washing once a week was considered to be frequent. Times have changed and people have just grown accustomed to it. To each their own I say, I have definitely gone more than a week without a shower

And also had times where I wanted to shower daily. The funny thing is I see people online complaining about other people's showering habits but even if you DID smell bad it doesn't affect them in the least. But that's the internet I guess, even I have an opinion on things. 🤷‍♀️

I find it hard to believe that it's easier to spot wash specific parts than just rinsing off everything at once, assuming you have a shower
