First thing in the morning, and after sweaty workouts. Showering takes me only about 5 minutes and feels good. I can tell sometimes when a co-worker hasn't showered and I think it's GROSS!

Can “showers” be interpreted as “showers or baths”? I realise the latter are less popular but ever since phones got decent waterproofing, I have 1-2 baths a day as well as a shower. I watch Netflix, read an ebook, play a videogame, or do my Duolingo, all in the comfort of my tub.

Pre pandemic, 6x/week. Post pandemic, 2x a week or whenever I go and socialize.

On average, every 2-3 days, unless I work out - in which case I always shower after. I only wash my hair once or twice a week, though, as it tends to be dry and brittle.
