But like there’s strictly more complications in poly. I would bet pretty hard that for almost all people mono is easier.

maybe? hard to tell. I consider lots of stuff that results from monogamy to be a complication that other people don't, so?? like as a monog every relationship I wanted but couldn't have was a big disastrous complication.
