yep, I try not to disturb my natural skin microbiome too much. if I shower too often I seem to stink more! I regularly use a bidet and spot-wash my armpits and genitals tho.

usually soap and water and washcloth on the area! I usually just do water+washcloth+deoderant on armpits tho, cause soap legit makes me stink like, I had someone dm me "we hung out and u were stinky" and I checked the records and I HAD SHOWERED W ARMPIT SOAP A FEW HOURS BEFORE
