stigma can sometimes prevent ppl from acting on certain harmful impulses but it's also oppressive in many ways stigmas are like stereotypes and we should try to use them as sparingly as possible

Pretty sure you’d get instantly put on multiple lists too for disclosing something like that in a clinical environment. I’d probably just go monk mode for the rest of my life or just off myself tbh.
