I'm interested in trying it! If you've done LSD/shrooms/ayahuasca, which one is it more similar to? In what way is your mind changed?

neither LSD nor shrooms nor Aya act on 5ht1a afaik. its effects are not really comparable to either. its and underfitting drug not an overfitting drug

oh interesting, i consider LSD underfitting and shrooms overfitting, if by that the thing u mean is belief dissolving vs belief building

regardless of that frame, or the biochemical one, basically everyone whos tried it agrees that 5meo is a few times more different from both lsd and shrooms as shrooms are from lsd.
im excited to hear what you make of it!

Oh wow, I also wonder if this has anything to do with why (anecdotally) I've heard people say shrooms trips are more likely to be pleasant + they feel more 'in control' during a shrooms trip while an acid trip is more chaotic (assuming that's how beliefs being dissolved feels).
