it is the most robust and reproducible measure the field of psychology has ever produced, so overall it is ok

Highly replicable and highly correlated with other measures that would be predicted by intelligence. Robust is a good word methinks.

using it widely in society leads to inaccurate generalizations (not ideal but not a tragedy) but its existence is very well established. More precisely the existence of G, and test like IQ tests being highly G loaded. >general intelligence<
