Here’s a question for (who I think is very thoughtful and interesting)
Is sex generally better when romantic love is involved (and is there research to this effect)?
One might think the answer here is obvious - but perhaps not?

I don't have any good data on this yet, but my guess is good sex it's significantly correlated with romantic love, because of the confounder of time spent getting to know the other person's body, what they like, how to make them orgasm, etc.
