when the astrology ppl got mad at me on twitter, i tried proposing various experiments to test, none of which they accepted
BUT i propose that if i describe doing a test that appeared to support astrology, and they accept it as evidence, then that counts as approval of the test

next time imma be like "well I had 5 ppl vote on which of 5 birth charts matched me, and all of them voted for the correct one" and if the astrology person is like SEE, that's evidence! then i'll be like "i didn't actually do that, but u just accepted the proposed test as valid"

Astrology is about as stupid as gemstone healing.
Someone just read that and thought to themselves "those are two perfectly valid theories that dont require mocking at all"

Crackpot Astrology hypotheses:
-differences in birth sign personalities caused by seasonal changes bacteria viruses going around durning birth month?
-differences in seasonal sunlight exposure post birth?
-genetic effect on preferred mating times and resulting birth month?

I was very skeptical of astrology ever since I was explained it as a kid. My twin and I have very different personalities and 3 minutes isn't enough to explain that in astrology.

Whenever I get asked what my sign is, I invite the asker to guess based on the behavior they've observed so far. The record for highest number of guesses is 12
