Any tips for a clogged ear? I had a minor cold, which is almost better, had almost no nasal congestion at all - im just left w a clogged ear. I tried nasal spray, snorting saline, hydrogen peroxide in my ear canal, vibrator pressed behind ear, no luck. Anything else I should try?

er to clarify guys, I really think the issue is what's on the inside of the eardrum, not the outside

like my guess is the estrucian tube or whatever is blocked and gotta deswell the inside opening or something

This happens to me a lot -it sucks. Any kind of sinusitis medication helps me personally.

If you're sure it's on the inside okay. I recently had a blocked ear canal and I was sure it was wax and it was and it took two days of debrox drops being massaged into there twice a day and then bulb syringe with warm water rinsing it out before this huge plug came out

N acetyl cistein Will help you and act breaking up the mucus from the inside. Also stat hydrated

I've been utterly convinced of this before and it still turned out to be outside Best to have someone look with one of those little ear magnifying glass things. Most docs have a water hand pump that will provide exactly the right pressure Good luck!
