Any tips for a clogged ear?
I had a minor cold, which is almost better, had almost no nasal congestion at all - im just left w a clogged ear. I tried nasal spray, snorting saline, hydrogen peroxide in my ear canal, vibrator pressed behind ear, no luck.
Anything else I should try?

er to clarify guys, I really think the issue is what's on the inside of the eardrum, not the outside

Hydrogen peroxide. Put a dropper full in your ear and let it sit for a minute or two then shake it out.

Sudafed or pseudoephedrine (and it’s behind the counter - you have to ask for it) - also can try to pop the ear with plugging your nose and blowing out the nose - putting air into the middle ear.
Having a clogged ear is annoying after a cold and will improve on its own!

Home remedies that seemed to help me:
Samahan tea - Sri Lankan herbal premix you can buy sachets of on Amazon
Bhramari Pranayama - find the resonant hum at which the clogged spot seems most stimulated (i also use this for a reset when my mind is whirring)

the shanmukha mudra modification of it seems important for best results
might follow that up with anulom vilom (alternating the nostril you breathe in and out of)

If all that didn’t work and it continues to be a problem, you won’t find the answer in the Twitter replies. You need to make a poll.

Heat (like lay with the ear on a heating pad for an hour... it can take a while).
Works well for earaches too.
