My first impressions of Mastodon are NOT good. I can't even find my own account by Googling. There are multiple servers & it's not clear how you post to & follow people on the entire platform. Plus, moderation seems heavy handed & opaque (accounts could be deleted anytime).

yea i was breifly like 'o no i should go make an account with my name there in case everyone migrates' and then i went and tried to make an account and was like lol this is never ever gonna replace twitter
