I have intense executive dysfunction; i can't forcing myself to do anything boring, which means I fail at basic maintenance tasks. this is even with intense incentives; I was making 100k/month on onlyfans but it got boring so I stopped working that hard after just a few months

Assuming 100% efficacy, how much would you pay for someone to fix your executive dysfunction? Would you think that's better than having someone that just does things for you but at a cheaper rate?

I’ve found doing something for someone else makes me work a lot more. Like i’m a manager and i need to make sure these things get done for this core group of people I work with. Just doing it for myself is not enough. Maybe you need an onlyfans group practice to make it work
