when i hang out around the rationalists i feel like a vibrant, wamby wordcel with incredible social skills, but then when i go talk to normies in the outside world im like oh my god my brain is made out of wires and factory parts and my face doesn't work

Just a heads up, when it comes to these sorts of things, it's best to not define oneself by the name. For instance, better to say "one with autismm" than "the autistic one"

Do you have non-social/intelligence autistic traits too? Like difficulties in sensory habituation, being more easily overwhelmed by sensory or emotional stimuli, or a tendency to 'stim' (fidgeting with something to get constant tactile input in higher-stress/anxiety situations)?

yes, but it's really spotty? like i often can handle loud crowds no problem, but kind of randomly i cannot. like my "ears are screaming". i don't stim, but i classic stim hard (flapping hands, rocking) when i'm very stressed. i'm just very rarely stressed

lol one of my roommates years ago was reading that exact graphic out loud and another roommate entered, overheard, and thought we were reading something i'd written about myself
