No. They still either have sperm or eggs or none. Sex explicitly pertains to sexual reproduction

As I see it the purpose of a sex is what category of information it is to relay to a reproductive mechanism. if the mechanism is updated to utilize more than 2 categories then perhaps there could be more.

In the future perhaps editing DNA will be possible. And I'm pretty sure artificial uteruses are a thing.
