I only started getting PMS after doctors put me on the birth control pill. The pill/injection ruined my life with my period to be honest... I would never ever ever recommend anyone go on hormonal birth control. I make it work but 9 day periods with pre and post problems sucks.

May I ask how that is the case (is there a diet you follow/genetics)? Even during times when I’ve lost my period, I still felt pms symptoms.
