I could probably morally rationalize pushing the button. perhaps use the million to support the life of 2 new people. increasing total life and happiness (utilitarian perspective). But I would rather not be controlled by a moral dilemma and guilt for the rest of my life

Additionally, even if I used the $ million purely selflessly and didn't personally benefit from the decision at all and some net good was actually achieved from it. I still don't think I have the right to decide for someone else they don't get to live anymore.
