I don't shower often, but I spot clean any stinky parts and often check with my friends if I'm stinky to make sure. Skin microbiome actually does pretty well if you aren't stripping the healthy bacteria all the time

I have heard the claim that you can "inherit" the skin microbiome from your children, which keeps your biome healthier than without children, e.g., less old-age smell. Maybe worth a poll, though maybe you have too few old enough followers.
