unfortunately no, am looking for a base recording of current habits, and then a period of time where you modify the habits by a degree

I use a rope around the neck, masturbating upside down while doing a handstand, all while watching The Golden Girls, and singing Made in the USA in a metal fry scream. I wear steel toed boots and a PT belt if that clears up any safety concerns.
