imo elon should hire some of the top rationalists to work on higher level content vision for twitter. trying to get at truth is *really* hard to do, and this is basically the rationalist community focused expertise

Rationalists seem pretty good at this, but only in the context of building a community of like-minded people. The problem with Twitter is trying to make a system resilient to bad actors, which seems like something that rats aren't super great at.

that's one of the problems, and imo rats are still *significantly* better at this than most ppl
We must attend different rat meetups. Rats navigating normie norms has not been a strength, much as I enjoy that type of interaction, doesn’t seem like a path to wide appeal.
Seems plausible the hornier the meetup the better the ability to navigate norms? Could go the other way…
