Same concept (use Tor browser) just different sites now. Gotta be careful obviously, lots of malware and really horrible shit. Check out the sidebar on /r/onions

Tor is much easier to use now. You can either install Tor browser android (probably iPhone too) app. Otherwise you can create a new 'tor' tab in Brave browser like you would a private tab. This probably won't change the results you get from Google much though.
